Shipment

We ship via UPS ground to the continental United States only. Please contact us first if in Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii. Typically orders will be processed in 1-2 days due to our credit card merchant having to send us authorization approval. Cut off times are between 2 and 3 pm CST for next day shipping.  

Weights and dimensions can vary depending on the size of gaffers tape you wish to buy. We can ship pallets which contain 42 cases of tape using a 3rd party freight company. We also have the ability to ship bulk containers by sea to the nearest port. 

In the event a customer needs the tape sooner than 4-5 days, please contact us first to we can offer you options on 3 day select or next day air. We will minus the ground rate we recieve from our account and you only pay for the added charges for that type of special shipment. Rest assured you are getting the best deal possible when it comes to free shipping on our gaffers tape along with our unbeatable prices. 

Weights & Dimensions 

Understanding that a full case weighs almost 50 pounds which costs anywhere between $30-40.00 ensures our customers know they are getting the best value. Gaffers tape rolls weight between 1.5 and 2.5 pounds each roll. We will do our very best to accomodate you with the best shipping based on the heavy weight of our cases. 

Return Shipments

We will honor return shipping on defective or damaged tape only. Feel free to ask for sample before purchasing our tape to test quality or its use. Review the terms and conditions page for more information on returns.
